We offer a couple of different party options. From Private hire or Non-Exclusive Parties, we are sure you’ll find a package to suit your needs.

💰 We require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your party.
🎉 We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Just a quick reminder that your party area needs to be cleared, and all guests should be ready to head off by your party’s finish time.
✨ You’re welcome to come in up to 15 minutes before your party starts to add decorations or get set up. Just remember that everything you bring in will need to be taken home once your party ends.
⏰ Since we host lots of special celebrations each day, sticking to your party times helps make sure every child’s day feels just as magical. If a party runs over, there may be an extra charge—thank you so much for helping us keep everything running smoothly!
☕ Our café will be open during your party, so guests can grab a drink or snack from our menu if they’d like.
🍰 Lastly, please remember we don’t allow outside food or drink (apart from birthday cakes, of course!).

Party Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your party booking.
Exclusive Hire: A deposit of £125 (50% of the hire cost) is payable at the time of booking.
Non-Exclusive Hire: A deposit of 50% of the total party cost, calculated at £15 per child based on the number of children attending, is required.
Booking Transfers
If you need to change your booking, we will allow one transfer to an alternative date and time, provided the request is made more than 7 days before your party. Your party will be moved to the next available session, subject to availability.
Cancellations
More than 7 days before your party: You will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
7 days or less before your party: Your deposit is non-refundable.
By paying your deposit, you agree to these booking and cancellation terms.
